TJ Verdiglione

As the founding member of The Verdiglione Group at Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway Rumson office as well as The Corcoran Group’s flagship Eastside and Palm Beach offices, we specialize in all sales and rental types in the residential and commercial markets throughout New York City, New Jersey, and South Florida'' Starting from ground zero, T.J. began as a driver for the owner of one of the largest residential developers and builders in the state of New Jersey straight out of High School. By the age of 21, T.J. became the youngest person in company history to earn the dual roles of project manager and lead executive assistant where he provided effective sales, operational and administrative support to ownership, as well as for prominent Kushner Company projects such as 38 Monroe Place, 27 Monroe and 100 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights. Here, T.J. acquired insider knowledge on many facets of the business from property types, land acquisitions, building materials, renovations, and property conversions to client relations. Taking his newly learned skills and market prowess, T.J. soon grew into a new position as the executive assistant to the principle of one of the largest real estate investment conglomerates in the world, with an excess of over $5Billion under management.

From here, T.J. made the decision to follow his heart and begin creating his own businesses as he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in the world of real estate brokerage in New York City. With over $300,000,000 in sales in his first two years alone, T.J. soon expanded his team into the South Florida and New Jersey markets. To date, T.J. and his teams have taken part in over $1Billion in career real estate sales while also creating his own real estate development and acquisitions firm that is currently building and managing in excess of 3,000+ rental units by 2026 and growing. T.J. 's extensive knowledge of the inner workings of real estate offer his client’s a rare and beneficial point of view during the transactional process. Colton Bryan
Licensed Agent

Colton is a New Jersey real estate agent who works with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. His passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly approach. Colton recognizes that his clients should be prioritized over all else. He stays committed to their interests, understanding how important the decision to buy or sell a property can be. He has an intimate knowledge of this region from its communities, schools, and housing market and personal experiences of growing up here provides enthusiasm and a desire to make his home, your home. With a background in foreign and domestic trade, Colton served as a managing director to one of the largest Marble distributors in the world out of Carrera, Italy. While working here, Colton simultaneously acted as a business consultant to major art galleries and dealers as well as emerging market start-ups. Afterward, Colton found himself back stateside working alongside Live Nation as a major venue and event production manager in some of the world’s most famous arenas such as Madison Square Garden and the Barclays center to just name a few. James Huber

James currently is working towards his bachelor’s degree at Monmouth University, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. He even started his own business venture to further his career. James has had a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship his whole life. Buying a house can be a challenging tactic for many. James truly believes that when buying a house, you are finding the perfect place to call home. When working with clients to find that perfect home he prides myself on building a relationship with them in order to understand what they are looking for and what works for them. By building this relationship with clients he can address any of their concerns to make this experience as seamless as possible.
