"Vlad and I begin the journey of finding our forever home(my first home) in the summer of 2019. We spent countless hours searching for homes that fit the criteria. We were adamant about living in Brooklyn, New York & searched on every realtor app to find homes we could see independently. During this journey, we met multiple real estate agents that promised to help us find our home. Unfortunately, we would be left stranded with no real help from agents who made a myriad of promises. Out of frustration, Vlad reached out to the manhattan Corcoran office to find an agent for a home we were interested in viewing. Lucky us, the original agent that was supposed to help us was out of the office, and instead, we were given TJ as our agent. What we did not know was that we would be meeting someone who would become more like family. During our first meeting with TJ, he was straightforward, honest, and on time. He told us where we were going wrong in our search and finding our home and how he could help us. At first, we were reluctant because we had heard the story before, but we decided to give TJ a chance. And unlike the other agents that we had run into, he kept every one of his words. Though Vlad & I are both older than TJ, he still handheld us throughout the entire progress and provided us the stability we needed to get through to closing. Closing our home and having TJ beside us celebrating our accomplishment was the best way to celebrate our journey together.
